We had a lovely three nights here. The kitchen oven and pots were great, and our host even offered to switch on the heating in late August in case we got cold overnight. She speaks Russian, and we managed to communicate easily with Google Translate. Her little daughter welcomed us by giving us small stones, and the host also pointed us toward nearby attractions, restaurants, and shopping malls. The name "Galaxy" really suited the night sky. I got a Milky Way photo on my iPhone, though it wasn't very clear, and we spotted a shooting star from the terrace. We also looked through the host's telescope at Holy Trinity Church across the street. A purring kitten rubbing against me while we watched the stars was such a treat ☺️❤️
