The location is up above the whole village, and the views are fantastic. The rooms are clean, the staff are the friendliest, and the food is delicious, especially the homemade local Khinkali. The pool is a decent size and warm, and the sauna is the best part. Definitely recommend! 💛

The hotel's view is amazing, and I was very happy with our stay. It's warm and very clean, with breakfast available. They have a small team, so don't expect daily room cleaning. That makes sense since there are only a few rooms and the hotel isn't always full, even on holidays. A really lovely place to stay. 🩷

The staff were really friendly, and the pool was OK, though small. The restaurant was the worst part: despite its amazing view, we waited almost two hours. The food tasted very average, portions were tiny, and it was expensive. Our Booking.com room was disappointing too. It looked like a basement and was so cold we had to ask for a heater. It didn't look like the pictures online, and we couldn't boil water because the teapot was broken.

We had two wonderful nights at the Step Inn. The room was comfortable and had an amazing view, and I loved swimming in the heated pool while looking at the mountains. I usually had the pool all to myself. The location is handy, just a short walk to shops and restaurants, and the hotel was perfectly quiet. The staff were so friendly.
