The rooms are clean and the place feels like a lot of thought went into it. It was brand new in aug 2018, and everything seemed really good. The only real drawback for me was the weak Wi-Fi signal in the rooms, though maybe a break from the internet is good on vacation 😉😉. Breakfast was another issue. Sometimes it seemed to be the same food left from the previous evening’s dinner, and the menu barely changed from day to day. It’s a tiny, family-run hotel.
Yes, though I’d describe it more as a simple guest house or B&B than a “hotel”.

The rooms were clean and had excellent Wi-Fi, with no traffic noise to disturb the peace. The hostess was very friendly.
The dinner was very poor and expensive, and there was a raw smell in the rooms.
