The toilet smell was unbearable, and there was no water on the night I stayed, so I couldn't shower. The room was filthy, with hair everywhere, and the fixtures were rusty. I also saw the receptionist handle the keys and money with unwashed hands after using the bathroom. It's a shame Georgia has hotels like this.

The host was very nice, and the location is great, but we had too many problems for me to recommend staying here. First, the rooms we got weren't the ones we booked online. The bed mattresses were in very poor condition, and the sheets and towels had stains and hair on them. We also found spiders and other bugs. A shower then broke and flooded one room with hot water, leaving it unusable for a whole day. If you stay, I'd avoid the ground-floor twin room by the entrance. People sit on the benches right outside smoking and talking from early morning until late at night, and the noise and smoke smell come into the room. The place feels more like a hostel than a three-star hotel, and the price doesn't match the quality.

The rooms were good and the beds soft. Breakfast was ordinary, nothing special, but it was okay and included a local dish. It's in a perfect spot for walking around Tbilisi, close to the market, cafes, and restaurants. There's also a travel agency nearby if you want to book a tour package.

I gave two stars only for the location. The room was so cramped that two people couldn't get ready at once. It felt like living in a matchbox, with no ventilation at all. The bathroom smelled bad and was damaged, and the door was damaged too.
