Perfect stay! I met a guy named saba, he was amazing. We played clash royale, so it’s worth staying just for saba.

The rooms were clean, and the balcony view was nice from the third floor. It’s also about a 10-minute walk to Freedom square and 'I ❤ TBILISI'. Still, this felt more like a service apartment than a hotel. There were only three staff for the whole place, no room service, and housekeeping didn’t come for two days. We barely saw any other guests even though we visited at peak time. There’s no lift to the second floor, so heavy bags mean carrying them up the stairs. Breakfast was pathetic. Absolute disaster.

Tamara welcomed us with a tasty bottle of Georgian wine, and she was really kind. The panoramic city views are greaaaaaaat. It’s a great place to stay with friends or a partner.

The breakfast was disappointing, with very limited choices that stayed the same every day. If your room is on the ground floor, expect to hear the outdoor breakfast setup early in the morning. And if you want a good night's sleep, bring insect repellent, yes, there were mosquitoes. The rooms were small and cluttered, with barely any walking space and dim lights. They were cleaned only after two days, and even when we asked for fresh sheets, that didn’t happen. The bedcovers smelled damp and starchy. There was no phone in the room to call the nonexistent room service, and things like an iron or hot water kettle took an hour to get. The receptionist seemed unsure about everything and didn’t seem to care. The reception was dark and gloomy, and that’s where my trip to beautiful Georgia started on a bad note. I’ve stayed in some sad hotels, but this was one of the worst. I’d call it a hostel more than a hotel. If I had a choice, I’d give it half a star. I’d never recommend it. Absolute disaster.

We had a pleasant stay in a spacious family room with four beds. It’s a simple hotel, very close to the old town, and the staff are friendly. Many don’t speak English, but they still try to communicate and help, which was a real plus. They serve breakfast only, from 9 to 11.
