The owners are incredibly nice, and we had a great time here. The building's exterior might put you off, but the rooms are new and in surprisingly good condition. I'd definitely recommend it.

Clean, and there's a washing machine.

A beautiful place to stay.

The neighborhood made getting around easy, with a supermarket, market, and currency exchange offices close by. Public transport is convenient, and Yandex and Bolt taxis are inexpensive. From the airport, bus 37 to the final stop, Tbilisi Central, costs 1 lari, then it's a short walk with Google Maps. We found our way without trouble on our first visit to Tbilisi. Our hosts were warm and helped with everything we needed. Sukho especially stood out for Georgian warmth, friendliness, and hospitality. I can wholeheartedly recommend staying here.

It's fine for one night, but I wouldn't want more than that. It's essentially a homestay, with creaky, uncomfortable beds and a shared toilet. There was no hot water in the shower.
