My wife and I stayed for a week and had a wonderful time. The room was good value and comfortable, mainly because the heating was strong and there was hot water even while it was very cold outside. Most of the staff were young and decent. Two people at reception were especially great, Tsotne and a black-haired girl who was always smiling and helpful, which is rare with locals. The hotel was missing a lot of amenities, but for what we paid in the low season, the quality was still good. Wi-Fi was free, though most of the time it was very slow.

I want to thank one of the receptionists in particular, Giorgi Gachechiladze. One night, my friends and I took a Yandex taxi back from a café, and I realized I'd left my phone in the car. I was really stressed, but Giorgi stayed with me through it and did so much to help. For a long time he sent messages to Yandex's backup system from his own phone, called them several times, and patiently explained what had happened. He listened while I was upset and cared when others seemed indifferent. Thanks to his persistence, we got my phone back. He even told me to go rest in my room while he collected it from the driver and brought it to me. I'm sure that without his kindness and dedication, I would have lost my newly purchased iPhone and had the trip memories spoiled. Giorgi, thank you for your responsibility, compassion, and kind heart. You deserve the best, and I hope to see you again.

The staff and reception team were kind and nice, especially Otto ✌🏻. Breakfast was okay, neither very good nor bad. We had a good stay, though basic things like toothpaste and a toothbrush were missing.

The breakfast waitresses were attentive and very nice, making each morning pleasant. At reception, Giorgi, Colne, and Shota were especially friendly and ready to help with anything. The Ameri Plaza Hotel in Tbilisi was clean, comfortable, and felt completely safe, which I really appreciated. I had a very good stay and would happily return. Definitely recommended!

Our reservation was from 18 to 15 October 2015, and the stay was bad in every way. The room was very small, there were no slippers, and you had to ask them to leave shampoo and liquid. Breakfast was poor quality and the same every day. The reception staff were very rude and uneducated. One of the worst hotels I've experienced. I don't recommend it at all.
