Artizan - Design Hotel

The peaceful location is close to the city center, and the service is attentive and professional. The rooms are clean, modern, and cozy, with a refined interior that feels thoughtfully put together. Artisan Design Hotel has a great mix of design, comfort, and atmosphere. It feels like an experience in itself. I would definitely return and recommend it to others.

The staff made a real difference, especially Mrs.Mariam Khugashvili, whose professionalism, quick responses, and empathy stood out while we needed help for a person with disabilities. The reception team was fast and helpful throughout. Our room was comfortable, very clean, nicely decorated, and full of thoughtful little touches, and the bed was good too. We stayed at Artisan Design Hotels for 9 nights. It was close to everything I needed but still quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and from room service. One night they even brought a small dessert with a handwritten note, which was such a kind surprise. We were very happy with the stay and would gladly return and recommend it to people visiting Tbilisi.

The facilities, rooms, and location were all excellent. When I had a disagreement with the private airport driver over the fare, Ms. Mariam at the front desk and the rest of the staff were professional and very helpful. They helped me save a lot of money, and afterward they upgraded my room for free. I’ll definitely tell friends traveling to Georgia to consider staying here.

I appreciated the early check-in, which made the day much easier. The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the room felt comfortable right away. It was spotless, the bed was very comfy, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The place has a fresh, tasteful look and a warm feel throughout, from the lobby to the restaurant and bar. It’s also well placed for exploring Tbilisi. I did miss having an iron and maybe some paper tissues in the room, though it wasn’t a big deal. They scan your credit card at check-in as a deposit without putting a hold on it, which I found a little unusual, but it was fine once I knew. A lovely, stylish place with a welcoming atmosphere.
