The location was very good, with all the main sights within walking distance. We especially appreciated how hospitable and kind the owner was. He let us check in early, was ready to meet us and take us to the station, and did everything he could to make our stay comfortable.

The only real plus is the location. The room was very basic, with just two bunk beds and a wooden table, and there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom. There’s also what looks like a hidden camera in the hallway, inside a huge sunflower, which seemed strange for a hotel. If you have other preferences, I’d highly recommend choosing somewhere else.

Levan was very kind and kept checking that everything was fine, that I had what I needed, and that I was happy with everything in the building. He made the place feel like home, which is one of the best things you can have when traveling. Thanks, Levan, for making me feel that way. The atmosphere is welcoming, the location is great, and the price is amazing. It’s close to all the important parts of old Tbilisi, and there’s a cafe downstairs if you come back tired and don’t feel like going out for a snack or drink. That’s a great recipe for a hotel.

The hosts were very helpful, and we felt at home. Our room was spacious and well equipped, and the hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s in a charming house in a great central spot, handy for seeing the city.
