The hotel was so dirty it was disgusting to sleep there. It was also very cold in the rooms. We asked for blankets and heating, but they refused, and the staff were too rude. I wouldn’t spend my vacation, money or time here, and can’t recommend it.

I recommend Hotel Batoni. The room was very clean and tidy, and the hotel is in a very good location. I also really appreciated the owner Khatuna and the staff for their kindness and hospitality.

After 4 am, there were inappropriate noises from two rooms after two trailers parked at the hotel. I think it’s clear what was going on. We were there with family for 2 nights, and the whole stay was traumatic. The blanket had dried blood on it, there was a mouse in the wardrobe, and I know the sheets hadn’t been washed after the previous guests because our whole bodies were itching. Terrible, just terrible. I’m never going back, and you shouldn’t either.

The room was big, clean, and had a comfortable, roomy bed. The view was really nice, and the staff were great. The manager was kind too, and I highly recommend this hotel. We were on the first floor, though, and it was very noisy until morning while we were trying to sleep. Also, I couldn’t find a flush in the bathroom. See you soon, guys.
