Bridge Hotel

The service was very good in my case, but breakfast got repetitive. What really bothered me was the dust in my room. There were clumps around the lamps, visible even from a distance, and I kept having to brush bits off the bed before going to sleep. For a four-star hotel, I don’t think the room should be this dusty and uncomfortable.

We slept really well all three nights, with a comfortable mattress, good air quality and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were kind and supportive, and spoke several languages, so everything felt easy. Bridge Hotel has a fresh, stylish modern design, and its location is great, with restaurants and brunch cafés around it and most of the city within walking distance. We fell in love with Georgia and the hotel, and will definitely return. Thanks for a fantastic stay!

The room and breakfast area were cold because the heating was broken for our first two nights. Breakfast was very poor too: the eggs were stone cold on both mornings and seemed to have been cooked the day before. The vegetables also seemed prepared ahead and kept in the fridge, so they were cold and dry. At reception, the women showed little engagement, and a couple of times they “forgot” to give us information or an answer. After a few nights at a hotel in Kutaisi where the staff were polite, friendly and helpful, we were especially surprised by this. We definitely don’t recommend this hotel.

They let us check in early, and the room was clean and nice, with a balcony. The location is wonderful, near the river and market, and the staff were courteous and always ready to help. The breakfast choices and service could use a little improvement.
