There’s a peculiar feel to this hotel, but staying here was pleasant. Our room was fairly clean and big enough. Breakfast was included, with plenty of choice, and was totally adequate, though the dining hall downstairs smelled a little funky. You can walk to the center from here. The problem is getting back: the hotel sits at the top of a very steep incline, and there’s no way around that.

Yulia waited for our group of nine friends even though we were driving and couldn’t give an exact arrival time. She showed us the house, kitchen and rooms, handed over the key and sent all the instructions on WhatsApp. We were very comfortable in the luxurious, five story house. We spent time together in the living room on the third floor, with its large table and great city view. The main tourist sights are about a 15 minute walk away. Around 200 meters down the street there are three shops: Carrefour, Spar and Alcorium. The kitchen has dishes, there’s WiFi, a huge refrigerator, and free parking nearby. We were a group of 16 and stayed for 2 days. The view over the whole city from the top floor veranda was lovely, but the stairs were steep and uncomfortable. The kitchen was dirty, hadn’t been cleaned, and felt neglected.

Two families, eight people in all, were comfortably accommodated in this wonderful villa, and it had everything we needed. We couldn’t make much use of the rooftop terrace because it was rainy and windy all four days. The walk to the center takes about 10-15 minutes. There isn’t anywhere nearby to get breakfast, and I wouldn’t recommend the neighboring hotel.

The views over Tbilisi are stunning, and the receptionists were so nice. We loved everything about this place. The house is beautiful and very stylish. Such a good choice!
