The beds felt a little too hard for me, but the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was great: the appetizers stayed the same each day, while the main dish changed. It's away from the city center but close to a metro station. I'd recommend it for a short stay.

The day before our flight, we were told the garden house we'd booked in Old Tbilisi was closed. They offered diadema, two miles away. It was too late to find another place, so we accepted, but getting to the old town took us hours and cost us a lot extra. The hotel wasn't acceptable. The staff weren't friendly, and it didn't meet health and safety standards. Very disappointing.

Our room was dirty, too. We accidentally left some expensive jewelry behind at checkout and were absolutely sure of it. When we returned, the administrator said they hadn't seen anything in the room. It seems someone on the staff may be a thief.
