Episode Tbilisi Hotel

We booked this property for a couple traveling with us, and the hotel team gave us excellent support. When we raised a concern about the size of their original room, the hotel quickly and professionally offered a complimentary upgrade, along with thoughtful honeymoon treats that made the clients' stay much better. A special thanks to Ms. Ana Tavidashvili. She responded promptly, communicated clearly, and proactively resolved the issue without delay. Her professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile made coordination smooth and stress-free for us as travel partners.

We spent three days here and would consider coming back. It's a small, very clean hotel in a newer building, with thoughtful design that makes even our room, under 200 sqft, comfortable and functional. The staff were efficient, friendly, and all spoke English. There's a large supermarket nearby, along with cafes and restaurants, and a large police station directly across the street. Breakfast was quite good too.

The location was amazing for me, walking distance from everything I wanted to experience, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and really comfortable. The service was great too. After breakfast, though, it took a long time to clear the table we wanted, so I moved to another one and my family went back to sit in the rooms. Aside from that, very good. The photo was taken before my family came to sit with me.

Episode Hotel has a peaceful, quiet feel that made it easy to relax, and the service was excellent throughout. Tako, Daviti, the other Daviti, and the rest of the customer service team were kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their friendly manner made everything feel warm and welcoming. I'd happily choose Episode Hotel again and recommend it to visitors.
