The host was easy to reach and everything went smoothly. The place itself was dark and dirty, especially the bathrooms and textiles. I gave it two stars because at this price, it seems a bed without bugs is about all you can expect.

It’s walkable to downtown, and the staff are helpful. The place is well kept and the price is excellent. We paid around 11$ a night for a double room. There’s also a shared kitchen, which is really useful for backpackers. With a Tbilisi card, transport to anywhere costs 0.50 GEL one way.

The service was lovely, but the landlord’s family also lives on the property. The water heater isn’t set up properly, so getting hot water in the shower is difficult. WiFi wasn’t properly installed either, and in room 4 it was slow and unstable.

The rooms are basic and quiet, and there’s a kitchen and washing machine. The location is good.
