The rooms were okay, but the service was really poor. They knocked on our door every day and disturbed us. There was no proper room booking system and things were all mixed up. We had to check out after only a few days, and they just said sorry without having told us beforehand. It was very inconvenient.

I've stayed here twice, and the staff have been lovely, polite, and calm. A big thank you to Zurab. There's a metro station within walking distance, with a market and lots of shops nearby. Parking needs to be reserved ahead of time. The main drawbacks are the noise and weak soundproofing.

There are lots of shops around, including several bazaars, plus a metro station, bus stops, ATMs, and banks. We liked our room, with its comfortable beds, shower, and toilet. The windows face the road, but that small drawback didn't spoil our stay. Rates per night go down the longer you stay. Thanks to all the staff for helping us when we were struggling with the language. They were friendly and helpful, especially the director, Zurab, who deserves a special thank you.
