The quiet street makes a good base for exploring Tbilisi on foot. Graf Hotel Tbilisi is a new, modern boutique hotel, extremely clean and right in Old Tbilisi. Freedom Square and Rustaveli Avenue are only a 3-5 minute walk away, and restaurants, bars, and attractions are close by without the street itself feeling noisy or busy. My room was spacious, peaceful, and simply styled, with a very comfortable bed. The blackout curtains worked well, and the modern bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was a nice surprise: fresh, varied, and regularly replenished, with hot dishes, pastries, and vegan choices, so there was plenty to start a busy day. The reception team were friendly and helpful, spoke excellent English, gave useful recommendations, and helped with our luggage right away. The value for money is unbeatable. I’d happily return on my next visit.

I only stayed one night, but I’d come back without hesitation. The hotel is close to everything, yet tucked away on a quiet side street. I’m a light sleeper and slept like a baby. The rooms were incredibly clean, and the staff were kind and helpful. Nika at reception was genuinely friendly and great to talk with. Lasha, the bellhop, was professional and always smiling. He shook my hand whenever I returned, shared good restaurant tips, and knows the neighborhood, including Georgia’s history. Highly recommended.

Lasha made a real difference to our stay. He was patient, kind, and always willing to help, explained useful things about Tbilisi, and suggested places to visit. We felt much more comfortable and confident on our trip thanks to him. The hotel is convenient for getting around, with restaurants, shops, and Tbilisi’s main attractions nearby. Our clean, comfortable room was well maintained, the beds were comfortable, and we had what we needed for a few days. The atmosphere felt calm and welcoming. Breakfast was fresh and enough to get the day started, though the variety could improve. I’d put it around 3/5. For the location and service, it was very good value for money, and we’d consider staying again.

A clean, affordable option in a central spot. The location is excellent, but the hotel also feels quiet and comfortable. The staff were kind and helpful, and we had several pleasant chats with them. Breakfast was nice and fully satisfying.

The staff were very good to us. They even gave us an umbrella when we headed out because rain was expected. Breakfast was nice too. The hotel is well placed, within walking distance of the mall, the square, and the bridge.
