The rooms were generally good, but the service was weak and unsatisfactory. When we arrived, we were told the water would be off for two hours. It didn’t come back until the next morning, and when it did, it was cold, with no working heater at the time. That made things even harder. The hotel is very high up on a mountain, so getting there is exhausting and difficult. It’s unsuitable for elderly people or families. The staff member’s attitude was somewhat acceptable, but she spoke no English and was a bit hasty with us. I don’t recommend this hotel. There are much better options.

The location is convenient, about a 15-20 minute walk to Tbilisi old town. The owner, “Adlan,” is Russian, very friendly, and helpful. You can spot the house by the grapes 🍇 around the building, with lots of neighbor cats nearby. The beds were comfortable, and it was quiet at night. The kitchen and refrigerator are shared with other guests. There’s no kettle or microwave for simple cooking or heating food. For the price, though, it’s good value for what you get. Highly recommended.

Our ground-floor room faced the street pavement, and it got very noisy. The door was tempered glass, so the light bothered my friend all night.

The location was really cool, with a beautiful view and great company whenever you wanted it. The owner even met us with wine at five in the morning )) Thanks for those amazing days!

What a disastrous vacation. The rooms were dirty and had a sharp, unpleasant smell, and the photos didn’t match reality. The staff communicated rudely.
