Everything was spotless, including the two shared bathrooms. There are four rooms and a nice little kitchen. The showers were great, with plenty of hot water. It’s close to everything but in such a quiet area that I could focus on the heating sound and hear nothing else. I had a great stay.

The location in the old town makes nearby attractions walkable, and at 55 GEL a night when we stayed, it was very affordable. We only needed somewhere to leave our luggage and rest for a few hours, and it worked well for that. The narrow old town streets make it hard for taxis to reach, so bringing luggage can be a challenge, though that isn’t the property’s fault. The room and shared bathroom are small, and the beds have spring mattresses that some people may not find comfortable. There’s no AC in the bedroom. The air conditioner is in the passage shared by four rooms, so the bedroom door has to stay open for cooling, and there’s a ventilator in the room. That could be uncomfortable on hot days when more than one room is occupied. A lot of places in Georgia seem to put the AC in the common area instead of the bedroom.

Elya and her mother were polite and helpful. It’s a budget friendly guest house with heating and hot water. The kitchen and laundry facilities are available to use at any time.

The place is warm and very central, with good wifi and lots of hot water. It’s very clean, very cheap, and everyone is very friendly.
