Hilton Apartment

We were scammed out of 300 dollars by the owner, who still wouldn't take responsibility. The woman at reception called her, but the owner hung up, and the receptionist told us it wasn't her problem. Absolutely awful service. Never book this hotel. Zero stars.

There was no parking, and on arrival we were told our reserved room wasn't available. The woman at reception called the hostess, who said we could rent it for three nights if we wanted. When I asked how guests with reservations could be turned away once they arrived, she just hung up. A complete disaster. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time here.

I consider this a scam and a breach of customers' trust. It's hard to believe this can happen under such a name. The website information, including the photos and descriptions, is misleading. You book, arrive, and there's nobody to welcome you; the owner doesn't respond, and you can't check in. They don't ask for prepayment, which is probably the one good thing, since otherwise you'd simply lose your money. But that doesn't excuse failing to honor their obligations. There's no accountability or communication, and no assurance you'll even get checked in. I'm extremely disappointed with Hilton Blox in Tbilisi.

We'd booked well in advance while planning our trip, but after arriving we had a hard time finding the entrance and drove around looking for it. When we finally reached the landlord, he said he wouldn't take us for just one night, then hung up. Don't be fooled.
