For trips out of the city, Light Hotel is handy because it's close to Ortachala Bus Station. It's in a quiet area, but easy to get to by taxi or Bolt. The hotel is clean and cozy, with simple but comfortable rooms that feel fresh and well kept. Staff were kind and very helpful. After we checked out, they even kept our luggage safe overnight, which made our onward travel much easier. Guests can also use a small kitchenette and seating area to heat food, make tea or coffee, and have a quick meal. That homely touch was nice. It's a convenient, clean and comfortable stay in Tbilisi, with good value for the money.

The staff are great and the location is good, but the rooms get very hot. You can hear everything from neighboring rooms. The windows are at ground level, so footsteps are audible too. Some teenagers even threw firecrackers right at the window in the middle of the night.

The courtyard is tidy and has things for children to play on, and the street is quiet. The location is handy too. The hostess was lovely, always smiling and ready to help. I’d happily recommend The Light Hotel.
