Breakfast was advertised, but there was no breakfast facility at all. For a supposed 3-star hotel, the place looked and felt like a haunted property. The way the receptionist treated us made it worse: no apology, and she acted as though we were bothering her. When we arrived, the place seemed deserted, with the reception lights off. We stood around for nearly 15 minutes before the receptionist showed up and said she hadn’t received our booking, even though we had paid in full through Booking.com. It honestly felt as if they’d oversold the rooms and hoped we would leave. This was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. Save your money, time, and sanity, and stay far away.

Booking.com eventually sent an apology and refund, but having to find another hotel so late was extremely inconvenient. The location is bad, the service terrible, and the whole place feels unsafe. I’d stay away. I had a confirmed, fully paid Booking.com reservation and arrived around 8 PM to find the hotel completely dark and looking abandoned. After I called, a lady arrived 15 minutes later, denied there was a booking or payment, and kept making excuses. She was rude and unhelpful.

Breakfast is optional, and the one I had was pretty good. The rooms are fairly spacious and the bed is okay. There’s heavy traffic outside, and it’s not close to the metro, but for a night it worked fine. A good place to sleep for a nice price.
