The city view from the clean, cozy rooms was nice, and there’s a rooftop too. The place has a friendly community feel. Shops and the metro are just a minute away, and I found the price the best in Tbilisi.

The hosts were a welcoming married couple from St. Petersburg, and we felt warmly received. Sergey helped us sort out logistics around the city and beyond, which we really appreciated. It was clean, comfortable, and warm even in December, with decent Wi-Fi. We were a couple visiting the capital, Sakartvelo. They suggested a good place to eat about a 7-minute walk away. We had a meeting and left late. We were very happy with our stay, and already know where we’ll stay if we return to Tbilisi.

There’s a shared kitchen available around the clock, handy for saving on restaurant breakfasts or getting something before an early excursion or flight. Reception is open 24/7 too, and transfers anywhere in Georgia can be arranged. This is a small, quiet, cozy hotel with a warm, welcoming feel. I think its location is great, close to the old town, the airport, Ortachala bus station, shops, beauty salons, cafes, public transport stops, and the metro. The rooms are fairly spacious, with comfortable walls and ceilings, furniture, and mattresses. Every room has its own bathroom. Guests are always welcome!

We found a good market nearby with local produce, and the metro is only 5 minutes away. Ilya at reception was very polite and helpful. The hosts were responsible, showed us around, explained things, and gave us useful tips. There was some confusion while booking, but they sorted it out before we had time to panic. They clearly stand by the idea that yes means yes and no means no. We came away with a very positive impression and would stay here again if we visit Tbilisi. I recommend it.
