The room didn't match the pictures on the booking site. The TV didn't work, there weren't enough power sockets for all our devices, and the air conditioner wasn't working well. The mattress and pillow were dirty, torn, and in bad shape. During our 12-day stay, the room was cleaned only once, on the 9th day. The electricity went off twice, and the bathroom sink stayed clogged the whole time. Nails were sticking out of the door, which didn't feel safe for my children. 21,August 23. I wouldn't recommend this place at all.

We had no housekeeping during my stay of around one week, and the sheets weren't changed. The washroom drainage was terrible, leaving water on the floor that made it slippery, along with a horrible smell from the pipes. The sink was unstable too. At checkout, the host blamed my child for the wallpaper that was already torn and charged me a lot of extra money. He was also very rude and had no idea how to speak to someone. Terrible experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

I arrived at the hotel at midnight with my wife and little son after booking a room, but we were refused entry. This is the most unsuitable hotel for 21st-century Georgia. I don't recommend it to anyone.

There's no service here, and they don't provide room service. The bathrooms are really dirty and never cleaned, and all the rooms have a bad drain smell. Please don't go to this hotel, it's really bad. ๐คฆ๐ผโโ๏ธ

The view from the room was really good, especially from the awesome balcony. It's a neat, clean place, with nice people and a very good host. I'd love to stay here again. Really good for a 4-star hotel. ๐๐
