The rooms were very clean and had useful things like a fridge and kettle, and it was good value. I’d stay again. It’s a lovely traditional hotel, with big wooden balconies, a shady courtyard and a roof terrace. There’s no lift, but a man kindly carried my suitcase up to the fourth floor. Thank you.

The lack of an elevator was a real problem. I was on the third or fourth floor and had to carry all my luggage up myself, since nobody was available to help. The staff weren't helpful, and communication was difficult because they seemed to struggle with even basic English. Wi-Fi was incredibly weak and only worked properly outside my room, which was especially frustrating because I needed reliable internet for work. With the poor Wi-Fi, unhelpful staff, and no elevator, this was a very disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it if convenience and good service matter to you.

Definitely avoid this hotel. I arrived and waited at reception for 45 minutes, called several times, and sent a message, but got no response. I left and asked for at least a partial refund. They declined, then asked me where I was. I'd never seen a hotel leave reception unattended for so long while being unreachable.

The location is great for visitors, and the interior patio is nice. But the building is very old and creaky, and feels more like a cheap hostel. The staff were rude, speaking to me as if I were a drunk homeless person on the street. It had a very Soviet feel, like the customer was an enemy and a nuisance. My room wasn't cleaned every day, regardless of how long I stayed. The restaurant downstairs served terrible, overpriced food.
