We stayed only a few minutes before leaving. I'd booked a double bed, but got two uneven twin beds that were different sizes and heights, so sleeping was very uncomfortable. The bedding wasn't changed during our stay, the floor was dirty, and for two guests there was just one tiny bottle of all-in-one shampoo and shower gel plus one tiny soap. There wasn't really a reception desk. The host contacted me on WhatsApp and required cash, with a strange payment process: I had to put it in a safe box and film myself doing it, showing the bill serial numbers. It all felt bizarre and unprofessional. The experience fell far short of what I expected. If you love yourself, don't book it ๐

The city view really is gorgeous, but dirty windows that look as if they haven't been washed since the hotel was built spoil it. They don't open, either, which sounds miserable in summer. It already gets quite hot on sunny February days. Part of the balcony door was broken and full of water. Inside, there was years' worth of dust on some surfaces, and we found a used syringe without a needle cap under the bed. There's no ventilation, the lights keep flickering, and a loud, irritating whirr from what seems to be a pumping station runs down the hallway. The bathroom door is transparent glass with no lock or seal. While we were still in the room with two more weeks to go, staff insisted on showing it to a potential tenant.

The location is okay, but I wouldn't recommend staying here. The entrance is very strange, there's no reception, and the room was dirty with bugs in the bathroom. The AC didn't work, so it was very hot. I went in and left after 10 mins. They didn't charge me, but it still doesn't deserve a star. Maybe the good reviews were from last year...!?

The view over Tbilisi was amazing. Panorama 360 has recently been renovated, and my room was comfortable and clean. I really enjoyed staying there.
