We could leave the car for free in the parking area at the back. The old city is about a 10-minute drive over the highway, and there are plenty of restaurants there. The welcome was very friendly, and the staff were helpful. They speak a little English. Our room was clean, with a decent flat-screen TV that let us play our own shows from a USB key or hard drive. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast didn't offer many choices, and it seemed like anything extra cost money. After our second night, we were told parking was 2 GEL per night.
