We booked a double room with a nice view, but were given a poor quality twin room instead. The room was dark, and the bathroom door was damaged and wouldn’t lock. The food was low quality and very expensive. The manager didn’t care about our problems.

The beds were horrible, like lying on a grill, and the rooms were dirty and smelled awful. The water was cold all the time, so forget about taking a shower. The staff were rude and unprofessional, and the transport and management were a nightmare. I tried the breakfast and decided not to eat it. There were only two choices, cheese or egg, and tea was the only hot drink. The photos on the websites can’t be trusted. I really don’t want to give even one star, but the system left me no choice. If you want to enjoy your time, respect yourself and don’t give this garbage a chance.

The garden was lush with beautiful flowers, and the atmosphere felt quiet and cozy. The room was big and clean, the staff friendly, and the manager professional. Breakfast was perfect, with delicious homemade cakes, gourmet soups, unmatched cheeses and nice wine.

Felt like family, best hotel ever. Tamara, the leader, and toscano, the manager, are the best. Ask for her and your clubbing experience will be insane and good. Sara is great too, and the owners are amazing. Thank you, toscano.

Very clean, with Iranian traditional facilities. The breakfast was good, though there wasn’t much variety. The manager is the best Iranian family.
