The room cleaning was poor: after I asked, they only picked up a few things and left the bed linens unchanged. The rooms also felt gloomy, with little natural light. Breakfast was cold if you came down later, and there was no way to warm it up. Worse, someone opened our door every morning without knocking, woke us, and just apologized. That was completely unacceptable and unprofessional. I won't stay at Tbilisi Tribeca again, and I can't recommend it.

The carpet was badly stained and needs replacing. They tried to fix the leaking air conditioning, but it still wasn't fixed, and they didn't seem keen to move us to another room. The area is convenient, with everything nearby, though it's very noisy. Only one woman spoke English, and she was easy to approach and communicate with.

I couldn't enter the country, so I wasn't able to use the 12-day booking. Even after I sent the necessary proof, the hotel refused to refund me. There was no empathy, and the customer service was terrible. Avoid this place.

The room had a large hole in the window, so wind came through, but the staff wouldn't move us. It felt like they wanted to keep the better room for better people. Our room was never cleaned, and the night staff weren't supportive.

Breakfast was basic but fresh, with eggs, sausages, ham, vegetables, fruit, cottage cheese, cereal, and some fried potatoes and rice. The restaurant staff were friendly. The bathroom was clean, though there was dust in the wardrobe and the windows were dirty. The room was nice, and the location was great.
