Breakfast is another big plus, mostly homemade. Keti and her mother did all they could to help us, and the rooms were spacious and extremely clean. It's a quiet spot near metro stations and close enough to walk downtown. For the price, this is one of the best value options you'll find. Amazing experience.

I loved the family-like feel of this little Tbilisi hostel. The hosts were so kind and helpful, and the clean, cozy rooms made me feel at home. A great choice if you want a genuine, warm stay instead of anything fancy. I’d recommend it to anyone wanting to get a feel for Georgia. ♥️

Saying goodbye was surprisingly emotional, and I’d come back to Georgia just to spend more time with this lovely family. I stayed five nights and a few extra hours, and as a solo woman visiting for the first time, I felt as if I were with my own family. They treated me like a princess and set such a high standard that I’ll compare other hotels with this one. The hotel is in the city and near the old town, and it was well worth the price. My room was clean, comfortable, tidy, and had everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with the family taking real care over the food. They were decent, educated, caring people who did everything they could and more to make me feel welcome. The host also suggested places to visit and shared information about Georgia when I was interested.

I also found the location handy for exploring Tbilisi’s sights, restaurants, and shops, in a charming part of the city. The room was spotless and nicely decorated, with a very comfortable bed and thoughtful amenities that made the stay easier and more relaxing. Keti and her mother were warm and helpful, and from arrival they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They were attentive, friendly, and happy to answer questions or help with anything. Their hospitality made the place feel like home. My stay at Family Hotel Tristan was fabulous and surpassed what I expected. It offers comfortable rooms and great service at good value, and I’d happily return on my next trip to Georgia.
