Iveria Inn

The location is good and the rooms are okay, but there are several things I would want fixed before returning. We stayed three nights, on 15th Oct and then on 20th and 21st Oct. The lifts weren't working at night, and on check-in in the middle of the night it took over 15 minutes for someone to switch them on. In Room No 830, the bathroom lock wouldn't lock from inside. The pillows should be better, there was no dental kit, and the shampoo was empty on 20th. Even though we asked for it to be refilled during cleaning, it wasn't. Breakfast was very poor for Asian Vegetarian guests, with few choices and no services. For the room rate with breakfast included, it felt like a waste of money. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to Asian Vegetarian people.

It’s a calm, quiet hotel, though a bit far from the main attractions. The metro station is within walking distance, and you can ride to Avlabari metro station, then explore on foot. Breakfast is really good, and there’s a little bar open 24 hours.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very quiet. Everyone on staff, men and women alike, was respectful, well-mannered, and smiling. We asked to have the toilet cleaned and a receptionist scolded us. Other staff members also behaved in ways we found unsatisfactory and unprofessional. Guests deserve respect and courtesy, so I hope management addresses this and maintains proper customer service standards. This was one of our most unprofessional hotel experiences, and based on it I wouldn't recommend the hotel to anyone.
