The rooms are spotless, with comfortable pillows and duvets and very good soundproofing. The staff are professional, friendly, and always willing to help. It's an elegant, comfortable hotel, the breakfasts are great, and every detail feels carefully considered.

The room was small but modern, and the heating kept it comfortable even in the cold. I only wish there had been an electric kettle. The buffet breakfast was decent, and the staff were friendly. It's good value for money, with a perfect location close to everything.

Checking in with managers Sophia and Alex and administrator Aram is always a pleasure. They're attentive, helpful, patient, and consistently polite. You can feel the care and professionalism they bring to every stay. Five stars without hesitation. I warmly recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was unbeatable. Breakfast was decent, though better on some days than others. Some of the breakfast staff were unfriendly, but the front desk team and manager were wonderful and extremely helpful. The room looked nothing like the online pictures. It and the bathroom were cramped, with nowhere for our clothes apart from four hangers. The TV didn't work, and there was only half a roll of toilet paper when we checked in. We couldn't open the curtain because the room faced two public stairwells, so people could look inside. Some advertised amenities are no longer there. Calling this a "4 Star Hotel" is laughable. If that means four stars by Georgian standards, I can't imagine what a one star place looks like. We booked their airport shuttle specifically to avoid being ripped off and were charged 80 Lari. For the return, the receptionist ordered a Bolt that cost only 20 Lari.

For our anniversary, I stayed here with my partner. The room was incredible, and the people made the stay. They always answered with a smile and real enthusiasm for their work. I can't recommend this hotel enough. When we come back to Georgia, we'll definitely book here again. Thanks to all the hotel staff for making the stay so memorable and kind. ❤️
