KMM Hotel

We couldn't sleep during our two nights in October 2025 because the room was unbearably hot and there was no way to control the temperature. We had to leave the balcony door open, but a nearby nightclub played loud music until 4 am, and even earplugs didn't block it. Other guests were talking about the same loud music and the air conditioning not working. The newer section's rooms are fine, the shower was good, and the breakfast room has nice views. But the lack of sleep ruined the stay. There are better options in the city.

We had a wonderful four-night stay at KMM Hotel. The staff made it especially good: they were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help, guiding us through the trip and sorting out any problems. Luka was particularly helpful, and we're grateful for his support. The hotel was very clean, and its location is excellent, close to Tbilisi's main tourist sights and easy to explore on foot. Breakfast had good quality and variety, with a few items changing from day to day. We would definitely recommend the hotel.

Our flight was cancelled, so I contacted the hotel politely to explain and ask if they could help or be flexible with the dates. I just wanted to change the booking, but they wouldn't agree and kept our money. I sent a clear message and never got a response. The complete silence felt unprofessional and showed no empathy or respect for paying guests. I absolutely wouldn't recommend this hotel if you expect communication, understanding, or basic hospitality.

The staff made our stay at KMM Hotel feel welcoming and smooth from beginning to end. Shota gave us a warm, efficient check-in, Luka offered great recommendations and attentive service, Sandro kept things running well with a good sense of humor, and Dacho went out of his way to help. Their teamwork and hospitality really stood out. The rooms were modern and immaculate, the location was incredibly convenient, and the value was superb. I highly recommend KMM Hotel and look forward to coming back.
