The outside looks scary and run down, but the inside is decent, clean, and nicely decorated. It’s a historic building, and the government currently doesn’t allow it to be renovated. All guests get free chacha.

You’re right above Tbilisi’s BEST Khinkali spot, Klinke, in a traditional Georgian apartment block with real charm. The rooms are in a wonderful Airbnb-style accommodation in the best part of Tbilisi. The owners are lovely, speak fluent English, and provide complimentary toiletries and kitchen basics like cooking oil. They also greeted us with a shot of delicious homemade Cha Cha. The property is well maintained and very well priced for Tbilisi. Stay here, you won’t be disappointed.

There are markets, restaurants, and cafes nearby, and the metro station is only five minutes away, so getting around the city is easy. le petit is in a great location. My room was cozy, comfortable, and clean. If you’re traveling on a budget and want somewhere comfortable in a good spot, this is the one.

Le Petit is clean and just a short walk from the city center. It was really quiet and nice, too. I had my own bathroom, though I found the shared bathroom shower more comfortable to use.

The owner checked in on us to make sure we were doing alright, which was nice. The room and the place were really clean, and it's very close to Freedom Square. I think it works well for couples or groups. We'd come back.
