We arrived before our scheduled date and paid at check-in for a three-day stay. As soon as we entered the room, we saw stains and body hair on the sheets, pillowcases, and other linens. There was also a very strong, lingering toilet smell from the second bathroom that made the room uncomfortable. We reported it to reception right away, but nothing was done. Staff insisted the linens had been changed before we arrived and offered no other solution or room change. With the hygiene issues unresolved and no response from the hotel, we had to leave. They still refused to refund the unused days we had paid for, so we had to move to another hotel. One of our worst hotel experiences.

Room 102 faced the river and road, and the view was just perfect. We stayed from 27th to 31st May, and the street outside was lively with things happening both day and night. The location is the best I've found in Tbilisi, the place is very clean, and the price we paid with that view would be hard to beat. Next time we'll choose this hotel again. Thanks to the owner and staff for looking after us ♥️ Breakfast had a wide spread, though it wasn't Asian or Indian, and it was enough to fill us up before heading out for the day. My only complaint: since we're in Euro Asia, a bidet shower would make the stay even more perfect 🤓.

It's a small hotel with good value for money. The rooms are large and clean, and the staff are welcoming and friendly. The location puts you near pretty much everywhere you might want to go in Tbilisi, with markets, cafes, restaurants, and shops close by. All the trips meet just across from the hotel, which is a great bonus. The downside is the road noise. Don't expect to sleep before 1 am.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Meidan Inn also has a great spot near all the main attractions in Tbilisi. We felt welcome from the moment we arrived. Breakfast was healthy, delicious, and spotless, a lovely way to fuel up before exploring. Meidan Inn is a real gem, and we'll definitely stay again on our next trip to Tbilisi.

The check-in left a bad impression on the rest of my stay. Reception was rude and unwelcoming, and the receptionist seemed more interested in personal conversations than helping guests. I waited a long time just to be acknowledged, then got vague, dismissive answers when I asked for help, which made check-in much harder than it needed to be. The reception staff, including Sergie and Sergei, were the first people guests dealt with, and that part of the service was handled very poorly. I expected better. I hope management improves things, because I won't return unless there is a significant change.
