After a long day of travel, this was a very unpleasant experience. We booked an apartment, received confirmation, and checked in. About an hour later, the owner’s son knocked and woke us up, asking us to prove we had booked it. He said we had to leave and they would move us to another room in a hotel. While he was talking to his parent or parents, he leaned through the window with his arm inside our apartment. We had to ask directly for five minutes so my friend could get dressed. He then drove away without apologizing, explaining what was going on, or offering any other solution that worked for us. All we were told was that we had to leave and that they had a “better” place for us. We chose this location because it was one of the few in Tbilisi reviewed as quiet, which we really wanted. Because of our many allergies, being able to cook for ourselves is essential. We needed an apartment, not a room, and the booking had been confirmed. There were two people outside waiting to be let in. After the son left, they said they had booked five nights, longer than we had. I guess that’s why they preferred having them as guests. They also made a comment in the online chat about our nationality and language skills. In the Booking chat, they said they were surprised we were upset and didn’t take their “offer”. They also told us a family member had passed away. The way they treated us felt intrusive on several occasions, and I’ve never experienced anything like it before. I definitely don’t recommend booking here.

The room was yellow, one of five colored rooms at Hotel Art Nebula, and it was perfect for us. It had the things we needed to stay comfortably, including wifi. We were glad to have a good two-day stay at our first place in Georgia, and I’d recommend it to others. We couldn’t meet the host either day, but we did meet her mother, who doesn’t speak English, so communication was somewhat difficult. We asked for breakfast both mornings but didn’t get it either day. The location is walkable from Marjanshivli Metro station, with currency exchange, SIM card shops, and a grocery supermarket nearby.

The rooms are tiny, though the big shared living room helps make up for that. There are five rooms in this small apart hotel, tucked into a courtyard in the heart of Chugureti, and the room windows also face the yard. The location is great, with popular districts within walking distance and a metro station nearby. It’s family run, and the people working there are warm, friendly, and ready to help. Breakfast is simple but filling, and the cottage cheese was awesome. They also make fried eggs for you, and a glass of homemade wine on arrival was a nice surprise. The living room and kitchen feel cozy, with wine shelves and little touches like a big wooden calendar. Guests can use the large fridge, microwave, and kitchenware, or cook for themselves. The Wi-Fi held a steady 40+ MBit, and I could work at the living room table all day, which came in handy. The main downside for me, besides the small room, was the poor sound insulation. You can hear people talking or watching TV in neighboring rooms, so it may disturb you if they stay up late and you want to sleep early. Staff leave around 18:00, so you’d need to work things out directly with your neighbors.

I stayed in the white room. It might be a tight squeeze for two, but it’s a good single room for the price. The hot water didn’t run out, and breakfast in the morning was included and good. It’s a quaint, cozy, charming little hotel, nicely designed and set back from the road, so it’s pretty quiet. A major metro station, restaurants, and grocery stores are all close by.

The kitchen had cooking tools available, and the interior design in both the living room and kitchen was great. Especially during the Covid situation, this is one of the most highly recommended places to stay. Nata cleaned, sanitized, and arranged the place each day, and it was well maintained. The location was very accessible, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed. Thank you, I had a very memorable stay in Georgia.
