Old Betlemi

The only small letdown was that the bathrooms felt a little dated, but it wouldn’t put me off coming back or recommending this lovely place. The views from our room and the hotel terrace were fantastic, and we slept brilliantly in the comfiest beds of our trip. The homemade breakfast was great too. Natalia was a wonderful host, gave us a warm welcome early on, and shared lots of recommendations. Five stars for the place and for her hosting.

A quiet spot, only a 5-7 minute walk from the amenities, tourist street, and restaurants. In the old town on a hillside, the hotel has a magnificent view, clean and cozy rooms, good breakfast, and a helpful hostess. The service was perfect, and it had a homelike feel.

The terrace became our favorite place to gather, with its beautiful old town views, and breakfast was served there every morning. Natalya, the owner, made us feel right at home and even prepared breakfast herself each day. She was also wonderfully helpful with tips for restaurants and places to visit. We came with a group of friends a couple of weeks ago and had an amazing time. I believe the hotel has six rooms, so renting most or all of them seems ideal for a group. But even if you book just a couple of rooms, I think you’ll have a great stay. We absolutely loved it and can’t recommend it enough.

The breakfast was tasty, and Natalie made our stay really nice. The location is lovely, with a beautiful view while you eat, and most rooms have a terrace. Ours was beside the walkway, so people passing and talking woke us during the night. It was noisy even with the window closed. I think one of the other rooms would be a better choice.
