I arrived early after booking through Booking.com and was told I could leave my bags, then return in two hours to check in. An hour later, they messaged to say they had no room left and would cancel my reservation. They didn’t help me book another hotel. I do not recommend this place.

Inga was the staff member who helped me most. She was always ready to show me what I needed to know, made sure I woke up for my flight out of the country, and checked that I hadn’t forgotten anything. She made my stay so pleasant. Thank you, Inga. You’re the best! The hotel was a great find for the price. My room was in excellent condition, the heating worked perfectly, and the shower got as hot as I wanted. I felt very safe there at night. The staff were all courteous and nice. The location was nice, with a grocery store on the next block and the Old Tbilisi tourist area just a short walk away. Breakfast was so nice every morning, too. If I return to Georgia, I’ll go straight back to this hotel without hesitation.

On our second stay at the Old Georgia Hotel, Inga’s kindness and helpfulness made us feel like we were among friends again. It was lovely to see her. The hotel is conveniently located near the metro, cafes, and attractions, and we enjoyed our visit just as much as the first. Thanks for another great experience!

We’re glad we stayed at the Old George Hotel. It’s comfortable and clean, and well placed for the metro and many tourist attractions. There’s also a pleasant cafe nearby with tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff were all friendly and polite. Administrator Inga greeted us like old friends and was always ready to help us sort out different problems. We really appreciate Georgian hospitality 🤗
