The city view made my stay especially memorable, and breakfast was a highlight: warm, tasty and full of local flavors. It gave me a bit of a homey feeling. The staff were kind and attentive from the moment I arrived, and the hotel itself felt welcoming and comfortable, with an authentic Georgian character.

The host was great and can help arrange airport pick-up and drop-off, along with other sightseeing plans. The location is convenient for many of the city's main tourist spots. The rooms are pleasant, though the budget room is quite small. Breakfast was very good, even by European standards. I'd book here again on another visit.

My foreign guests stayed at this lovely boutique hotel in Tbilisi and were very happy with the rooms, location and the owner's kindness and helpfulness. It's about a 6-7 minute walk from the main street. Good luck ❤️

The breakfast buffet was the best part for us: delicious, fresh every day and full of different Georgian dishes. We loved eating with a view of the city and having access to the terrace. The rooms were clean and came with water and toiletries. The AC helped us sleep comfortably at night, though rooms near the stairs pick up more noise, so earplugs may help. The owners were lovely and quick to answer our questions. When we needed a ride from the airport at 3:00 am, they even helped us find transportation. The hotel is in a quiet, safe neighborhood with children around. It's an easy walk down to busy tourist areas, the amusement park and public transport. Great hospitality for the price.

I enjoyed my stay at Old Town Mtsaminda while visiting Tbilisi. It's in a nice part of old Tbilisi, in a historical house, and the staff were very friendly. Thanks, Irakli. Hope to see you again soon!
