Anastasia (Manager) deserves special thanks. She helped us so much that we never felt new to the city. The hotel is budget friendly, the location is awesome, and the balcony has the best view. Everyone on staff and in management was supportive. If I get the chance to visit again, I'd stay here and would strongly recommend it to my friends.

We loved having that delicious, home style breakfast every morning before heading out to explore the city. Our room had an amazing view, and the rooms were spacious and clean. It's a lovely hotel close to Sameba, and the staff did everything they could to help and accommodate us during our stay.

We stayed from 22-24 June 2023, and the whole hotel smelled of food. The rooms and bed sheets were dirty, so I strongly wouldn't recommend staying here. It could ruin your days in Georgia. The hotel said this was because it had an agreement with a company that accommodates students.

The only issue for me was the noise in the ground floor rooms, so try to get one upstairs. The staff are really friendly, especially Manuchehr. He showed us a fantastic view across the whole city from the hotel roof.

At checkout, they charged me 20 GEL for the broken key tag, even though it was almost broken when I got it at check-in. I was on the third floor in a room with a broken air conditioner. The complimentary water bottle had already been opened, and the room wasn't very clean, there was a used sock in there.
