Platforma Design Hotel

I stayed here for business and found the rooms quiet, comfortable, and well equipped for working. Check-in and check-out were quick, and the professional, attentive staff helped things run smoothly. The restaurant stood out, with good quality meals and efficient service for a business dinner or a quick bite between meetings. A convenient and comfortable choice for a work trip, with great food too.

Being right beside Gudiashvili Square made getting around easy, and it's one of the loveliest places in Tbilisi to spend an evening. I stayed at Platform Design Hotel before, and it feels like my home in the city. The design, comfort, and cleanliness were excellent. Thank you to the whole staff, especially Ms. Mariam for looking after us. And thank you, beautiful Tbilisi.

The towels were stained, the pillows were bad, and the sheet and bed cover were too small for the bed. There were no amenities, and we were told people prefer to bring their own. For three nights, we got just one partly used roll of toilet paper, no coffee, two tea bags for two people, and only two bottles of water. For what we paid, it wasn't worth it at all.

For six nights, the internet kept cutting out and the safe never worked. The spoon was dirty when we arrived. Towels and the bathrobe we put out for replacement were either hung back up or taken away without replacements, and they only provided two bottles of water for the whole stay. On the third night the faucet broke and sprayed water all over me. Some staff were kind, but others were rude and didn't apologize. At this price, chain hotels are much more reliable.
