We regret staying here. After we paid in full, management and staff made no effort to welcome us, with no warm greeting or hospitality. The Wi-Fi didn't work, lights were busted, and the shower bidet was broken. When we asked how we were meant to use the bathroom in the dark, all they said was, “I don't know.” Toiletries were missing too, with no toothbrush or toothpaste, and there was no coffee or cups in the room. Breakfast was absolutely terrible. The service was unacceptable and left us deeply disappointed. Save yourself the frustration and book somewhere else!

The room was newly renovated, clean, and had a balcony overlooking the city. It also had a fridge, air conditioning, and hot and cold water. Staff were responsive, and breakfast was tasty, homemade, and natural, with convenient hours. For tourists, the location is ideal, near the whole old town, with transport and the metro close by and everything within walking distance.

The location made getting around easy, with Rike Park and the cable car station nearby and many attractions within walking distance. Rooms were tidy and clean, and cost 90 GEL with breakfast, good value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. Staff were very supportive and ready to help with whatever we needed. We had a wonderful stay in Georgia, and I'd recommend this hotel for its comfort and convenience.

The team helped me sort out lots of practical things while I was there, and they welcomed me to a lovely room even though I arrived in the very early hours. It's a warm, welcoming family-run place. I can't say enough good things about my stay at Qeroli. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, highly recommended.

The breakfast buffet was a real highlight, with lots of tasty choices. Qeroli Hotel 3* also has a very convenient location, and my room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The owner and staff were lovely, always ready to help with any questions.
