Tazo was especially helpful and polite, always responsive and ready to assist with any request. He made an already positive stay even better. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the atmosphere was calm, and service stayed professional throughout. Everything was organized well, and the staff seemed to care about guests' comfort. I'd happily stay here again and recommend the place.

The restaurant had a relaxed, cozy atmosphere, and we felt very well looked after. Vato, our waiter, was cheerful, friendly, and attentive. He also shared interesting facts about the dishes as he served them, and his helpful tips made the visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely come back.

My friend and I had a fabulous dinner at Red, and Saba made the evening memorable. He guided us through the menu with confidence and real enthusiasm, explained each dish clearly, and brought each course at just the right moment. His attentive gestures showed real professionalism, while he still made the experience feel warm. By the end, it felt more like being hosted by someone who takes pride in making the evening special than getting standard restaurant service. Lovely, and we're looking forward to coming back. Radisson Red Tbilisi feels far from an ordinary hotel, with its bold, creative design and modern, artistic character. I loved the atmosphere as soon as I arrived. The staff were welcoming and professional, always ready to help with a smile, and the location made it easy to reach restaurants, attractions, and central Tbilisi. Iโd happily stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
