Roofs Tbilisi

The area around the hotel was noisy, and the grounds weren’t well kept. At night the hallways were loud, and I didn’t feel there was any public safety. It wasn’t an atmosphere where I could relax. The rooms had dust, dirt on the floor, stained sheets, and a stale, unpleasant smell when we checked in. There was mold and rust in the bathroom. Furniture was worn, the mattress was past its useful life, and the air conditioner made a lot of noise while barely cooling. The TV picture had heavy interference, and the internet kept dropping. Breakfast was sparse, some food tasted stale, drinks were watered down, and the serving temperature was off. Staff seemed uninterested when we asked for help. They gave dry replies and didn’t offer solutions. With the conditions and service as they are, it might suit someone needing just one night who doesn’t mind the quality. I can’t recommend it for a comfortable stay.

You can easily get around on foot or by bus and metro from here. It’s a family-run place, and Vaktangi, the owner, is incredibly friendly and helpful. Don’t come expecting five-star luxury, but this lovely family more than makes up for it. We’ll definitely return. Thanks for such a wonderful time! 🥰🤗

Vakhtang is such a hospitable host. He makes us a delicious breakfast, offers wine in the evening, and chats with us about all sorts of things. The hotel feels cozy, and the view is breathtaking.

The view over Tbilisi is beautiful, the rooms are clean, and the host is very nice. Breakfast is delicious, and the local food is great. Best regards!!!!
