The photos online make this place look bright and modern, but the actual decor is dark, dated, and really dreary. Breakfast was a letdown too, with very little choice, and one day they served moldy bread. The bathroom had visible mold in the shower, which made me uncomfortable using it. There is an elevator, but you have to climb a flight of stairs to reach it, so bear that in mind if you have heavy luggage, a stroller, or mobility issues. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel. There are much better places in Tbilisi for the same price.

The location worked for us, though it’s a bit far from Tbilisi’s main sights. The room was spacious, great, and very clean, and the street was quiet enough to leave the window open since the air conditioning didn’t work. The receptionist didn’t seem very friendly or interested. Breakfast was the worst of the three places we stayed in Georgia. I’m not fussy, but for the price I expected better.

Update 22/2: I’m now being harassed and accused by the business owner over a breakfast box I ordered for my departure day but never received. It’s not a big deal that I missed the box, but the accusations and harassment are disgusting. The hotel itself is quiet and outside the old town, though getting there is easy enough and there are food options nearby. My room was very hot, so I had to sleep with the window open, but the road was quiet. The staff were great, and breakfast was basic but satisfactory.

The rooms were clean, the beds very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious. Service was excellent and accommodating. Local attractions are an easy walk away from this very central location. Thank you!
