We booked for New Year's Eve because the place looked clean, fancy, and appealing in photos. In person, there was no sign, and the door shown on Google Maps wasn't the actual entrance. I called to ask for help with our luggage, but the woman working there said they didn't offer that. She was unfriendly and started complaining right away. We had to haul our heavy bags up more than four awful flights of stairs by ourselves. The room was tiny, with thin walls, and the towels weren't clean. There was no shampoo either. I added a photo of the towels. We didn't have the energy to argue with the woman, so we just put up with it. We could hear the receptionist shouting to people from our room, and there was little privacy because people could easily walk onto the terrace and bother us. They didn't provide mineral water or coffee. There was one electric kettle at reception, and it was a hassle when we tried to use it. Drunk guests in the hallway kept us from sleeping well. We'd planned to stay longer, but left in the morning. For $100 a night in Tbilisi, I expected much more, at least clean towels. Don't waste your time and money here. I hope they improve the cleanliness and hire staff with better manners.
