I booked four nights, but after two I found somewhere else and moved out. They kept the advance payment for the two nights I didn’t use. The woman who seemed to own the place acted as if she couldn’t understand English and kept making excuses in Russian and Georgian. That turned what had been a good impression of Georgia into a terrible one. The room was dirty, with hair floating in the bathtub and bedding and blankets in poor condition and not properly cleaned. The windows let road noise straight in, and I wouldn’t recommend the breakfast. I stayed here four years ago, and it still bothers me enough to write this review. It wasn’t worth even one star.

For 42 euros, this really wasn’t cool. We told the staff in the morning that we hadn’t been able to sleep, and they just said the guy probably shouldn’t drink so much. We’d arrived late, taken the transport arranged by the hotel, and gone to bed before 3 a.m., exhausted. But the man who picked us up spent the rest of the night talking loudly with other guests. I politely asked him to keep it down, but nothing changed until 5 a.m. The stay didn’t meet our expectations at all.

The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and getting around from this good area was easy and convenient. The price was reasonable, and I enjoyed my stay in Tbilisi. The city is amazing.

When I visited Georgia in 2015, I stayed at Sanbero Hotel. It was clean and close to the main attractions. The staff helped us arrange taxis and pointed out tourist spots in the area. Thank you.

The beds are comfortable, and the place is clean and smells nice. It’s not bad, though it does need some renovation.
