Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace Hotel

The people are what keep bringing me back to Sheraton Grand Tbilisi Metechi Palace. The welcome at check-in is always kind and professional, the lounge staff make me feel looked after, and Nika at the bar is outstanding. The service feels personal instead of scripted, which really matters when you're staying long term. I've spent well over 100 days here in total, and it feels like a home from home. I've stayed in many Marriott International hotels over the years, and this is easily my favourite. Breakfast has great variety and quality, the rooms are very comfortable, and the underground spa is out of this world, you have to experience it to believe it. The location is ideal and convenient for the airport. Thanks to the whole team for making Tbilisi feel like a second home.

The new menu at Ati really impressed me. Everything we tried was creative, nicely presented, and had well-balanced flavors. The room felt warm and stylish, cozy but still lively. Akaki looked after us attentively and professionally without hovering, and Nini was just as welcoming and helpful. They made the table feel comfortable and upbeat. Ati keeps delivering great food and hospitality, and I'd happily go back.

I spent 10 nights at the Sheraton Hotel Tbilisi on a business trip, and the staff made the stay easy. They were friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. My room was clean and well maintained, with housekeeping keeping everything in order. Breakfast was very good, with a nice variety and consistent quality each morning. The smart TV feature didn't work, which would have been nice to have on a longer stay, but it wasn't a major issue. It was a comfortable, pleasant visit, and I'd consider staying again.
