Stamba Hotel

The design and history make this space worth visiting. The open ceilings on the second and third floors bring in lots of light, and there are plants, an interesting little bookstore, and a large coworking area that might suit some people. The café is spacious, but very noisy and slow with service. We didn’t stay at the hotel because the chemical fragrances in the lobby and on the floors were overwhelming for us. There was also cigarette smoke lingering in some hallways, near the barbershop, and in the second-floor shop. The floor hallways were dark, and the austere interior felt like a mix of vampy, gothic, and slightly erotic styles. I’d love to see a similar space that supports traditional values like health, family, and friendship.

I spent three nights here, and the rooms were great, with a lovely garden view. The design is unique, the staff were extremely nice and respectful, and the food was delicious with lots of variety. The restaurant stays open late, I think past midnight, and you can hear a little music and laughter in rooms facing the outside area. It didn’t bother me, but light sleepers may want to keep it in mind. I can’t recommend this place enough. It feels like an experience of Tbilisi all by itself. 👏🏼♥️✨

It’s a beautiful place with a nice atmosphere, and I go whenever I’m in the area. But I still can’t understand why the waiter looked so unhappy while serving me at the bar with the patio today. I was calm and polite and didn’t ask for anything special, yet it felt like my being there was terribly annoying to her. No friendliness, no smile.

We’d happily stay at Stamba Hotel again. The location was great, with cafés and places to explore nearby, and the room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed. We also loved the stylish interior and cozy atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and attentive. We really enjoyed our stay; everything felt perfect.
