The room was freezing, with wind rushing through as if there were no windows, and the air conditioning was plentiful while the heat was not. The Wi-Fi and TV didn’t work either, and staff weren’t very keen to help me sort things out. I’d booked three nights expecting a basic room, but after they refused my card and only accepted cash, I left the next morning. They wouldn’t refund me, which now makes sense to me. In a storm with 60-mile-per-hour winds and hail, they wouldn’t call a cab until I begged, since I had no phone, then left me standing in the cold waiting for it. I can’t recommend this place. The Ramada costs almost the same and is much better.

There wasn’t hot water in the shower, and when I raised it, the place’s secretary shouted at me, acted without consideration, and eventually cursed at me. The service was the worst I’ve come across. Just disgusting. Don’t go there.

Affordable prices, and the hotel is in a cozy, nice historic building. The manager is Iranian.

The location is perfect, and I think it’s the best hotel.

A good three-star hotel.
